LOGFLOW allows you to balance the workload in your warehouse and thus to maximise inbound and outbound flows.

LOGIFLOW has to be fed with data and information originating from operational environment: 

Ø       Available resources and their capacity to absorb the workload (space, no. operators, tools…); 

Ø       Real or forecasted workload : 

- Inbound flows: Based on planned arrival times, LOGIFLOW defines deadlines for dock evacuation. Warehouse Managemen System (WMS) traces and transmits in real time the progress of the tasks execution, to LOGIFLOW, which identifies eventual postponing or advancing comparing to the planning and informs the warehouse manager; 

- Outbound flows: LOGIFLOW is calculating the deadline for putting the products on the dock. It transmits to the WMS time for launching preparation tours as well as the deadline for making the products available for shipment. All the non forecasted events are managed in real time with the consequences identification, which is giving the opportunity to the warehouse manager to take the correct decision at any moment.  

Ø       Real or forecasted constraints : 

- Limit dates for absorbing the workload; 

- Limited operators and dock number.
