1986

Dr. Joseph Felfeli, engineer, physicist and pioneer in designing concept and methodology to implement lean production in manufacturing processes and distributed Information systems based on RFID in the early 1980th, founded with Datatronic the precursor of Acteos.

The purpose was industrialization of logistic production processes in order to increase customer service level and product availability by reducing inventory and working capital through rapid and uninterrupted information flow and ultimately smooth product flow.

1990

First publication on Integrated Logistics concept : "Le Concept de la logistique intégrée signée DATATRONIC".

1991

The first module of a complete set of supply chain solutions inaugurates the new era of Warehouse Management System based on modeling the warehouse's operations as an industrial production process, optimizing in real time operator's movements and synchronizing material and information flow.

2000

Initial Public Offering on Paris stock exchange.

Acquisition of SYSPAC a leading company in Transportation Management solutions (TMS) founded in 1980, and COHSE a German expert in mobile computing and pioneer in Field Service Management and Track and Trace solutions.

2002

The dynamic resources planning system, integrating in real time the events processing and generating decision making alerts, is introduced and awarded the "Prix de l'innovation logistique 2002" at the “Salon International du Transport et de la Logistique” in Paris.

Finalization of Logisuite through integration of Acteos' systems in order to provide a complete set of Supply Chain Planning & Execution solutions.

2003

Foundation of Acteos Lebanon aiming at leveraging Acteos’ innovation and development capacities.

2004

Launch of voice technology in Acteos' Warehouse Management System (WMS ).

2005

Introduction of a Web version in Acteos' solutions.

2006

Introduction of Service Information Optimization solution.

Launch of 2 major R&D programs, Logiprev (warehouse resources planning solution) and Colivad (e-business delivery optimization solution).

2007 

Acteos is growing up to a staff of over 100 specialists.
