We – Acteos GmbH & Co. KG – are specialised in innovative solutions regarding mobile capture and transmission of company- specific data, which allows data to be processed in realtime. Our goal is an optimisation of logistics processes in every respect. Thus, our service portfolio includes process-oriented consulting services, the development and implementation of user-specific system solutions, comprising hardware, software and communication links, as well as a broad range of services and maintenance offered. Our solutions can be integrated into existing system environments at any time. As a matter of course, experience and professional expertise are required in this context. Our company was founded in Gilching, near Munich, as COHSE GmbH & Co. KG back in 1982. The company has been trading under the name of Acteos since April 2006. In 2000, we became a wholly-owned subsidiary of French Acteos S.A., which is listed at the stock exchange. Acteos is an international group with more than 100 employees, 30 of which are located in Germany. Dr. Joseph Felfeli, founder, chairman and CEO, and Dr. Dieter Neumann, CEO Germany, conduct the business in Germany, aiming at a continuous understanding of our customers’ individual requests with regard to process optimisation. We are vendor-independent in the area of hardware components and cooperate with a large number of long-term partners. This makes us both extremely reliable and flexible. Our competence is reflected e.g. in the certification as Motorola Premium Solution Partner.

Our success is based both on our excellent, industry-leading IT solutions and on our efficient service structure. We offer solutions from one source, integrate them into existing environments at our customers and also make sure that your complete system operates properly after delivery and installation. In this context, our Service Centre is available for you 24/7, if required. Furthermore, we have a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and spare systems on stock. Independent reviewers certify our high levels of service quality, which makes us proud and motivates us to continue to be a strong partner for you in the future as well. In addition, Acteos is a certified specialist for the remote management of mobile devices.
